The Baseball Factory Homeowners Association and Trust is a committed and dedicated group of elected unit owners who work together to enhance the quality of life of the residents of the Baseball Factory Condominiums (BFC) by meeting owners' and residents' dwelling needs, enforcing BFC Rules and Regulations as well as managing the common areas (interiors and exterior) and utilities of the development.

Advocating a strong sense of empowerment and ownership, the Baseball Factory Condominium Association and Trust maintains the physical and architectural integrity of the building and serve as stewarts to the interests of all owners and interested BFC parties.
