At this time if any condominium owner and or guest have a problem requiring a tradesman, the appropriate tradesman should be contracted to resolve the issue. Upon receiving an invoice for this emergency the invoice should be submitted to a condominium trustee for reimbursement to owner. Owners should follow the criteria outlined in the rules and regulations document to understand what work can be reimbursed.
